What's Happening Week of November 16th

Here is the plan for this week -

Math:  We are working on Chapter 5 this week.  This is a tricky chapter.  Please let me know if your child is having trouble.  Remember to keep practicing facts too!  

ELA:  We will read a story called "Baseball Saved Us."  We will also discuss making predictions and generalizations. 

Skills:  We are working on friendly letters.  The children and I will also talk about bullying. 

Don't forget:  Thursday is a half-day for parent conferences.  I think that covers everything for now.  If there are any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.  Have a great week!!
