Six weeks conduct chart

In our third grade, we use a six week conduct chart to put in their take home folder. This stays in the folder and the parents sign it on Friday. I just put the number in the box on the date and write and circle the grade that gives them. Each conduct cut is worth two points. Then I use the final grade on my report cards. I collect them at the end of six weeks and I have documentation of that child's behavior in my class. Joanne
