8th Grade Social Studies

Welcome to 8th grade and the study of Georgia. We will be looking at GA from prehistoric times to present day. Welcome new students and my veteran kiddos!

We will be exploring Georgia's history, government, geography, and economy.  Our state has a rich and culturally diverse history that covers topics from the early Native Americans (prehistoric) through the present. You will learn about our state's geography, as well as its government and economic system, its development over time, and how it functions.
