01/06/09 Tuesday Morning Announcements
Both the Men's and Women's Cougar Bowling Teams defeated their del Sol Opponents by identical 9 to 0 scores yesterday at the Wildfire Bowling Lanes.
Alex Katz led all women with a 211 game followed closely by Natalie Schibrowsky's 198. Tiana Ackerman fired a 548 series to aid in the vitctory. Ashley Garrison rolled a 196 game.
Each of the Cougar Men Bowlers shot a 600 plus series led by Anthony King's 655 total. Brandon Daupinais had the high game of 255 followed by Jordan Katz's 239 with Joe Mortero stroking a 224. 01/09/09 Friday Morning Announcements The Cougar Women bowlers defeated Liberty yesterday at the South Point Lanes by a 9 to 0 count. Tiana Ackerman led the Cougars with a high game of 207 followed closely by Alex Katz. The Men Cougars won by the identical score as Brandon Dauphinais fired a 268 game and Joe Mortero stroked a 641 series. Zac Hochman had a 249 game and John Mortero rolled a 241.
01/21/09 Wednesday Morning Announcements
After striking on his first eleven shots yesterday at the Strikezone lanes, Zac Hochman's final shot was perfect except for one pin that refused to go down. Zac shot a 299 game, only one pin short of the perfect 300. He then started the second game with seven straight strikes to shoot a 279 game and finished with an amazing 772 series. The men Cougars defeated Foothill 7 to 2 as Joe Mortero added a 234 game.
The Cougar Women continued their undefeated ways as they shutout their Foothill opponents by a 9 to 0 count. The women were led by Alex Katz who fired a 208 game followed by Tiana Ackerman's 188.
01/22/09 Thursday Morning Announcements The Cougar Women bowlers defeated Green Valley yesterday at the Strikezone lanes when they scored a 9 to 0 victory. Anchor bowler Alex Katz led the Cougars when she fired a 572 series and was closely followed by lead off C cougar bowler Tiana Ackerman who rolled a 553. The Cougar men lost for the first time this season to their Green Valley opponents. Brandon Dauphinais led the Cougars with a 675 series followed by Jordan Katz with a 623 series.
01/27/09 Tuesday Morning Announcements Led by Captain Alex Katz, the Cougar Women bowlers defeated Silverado 9 to 0 yesterday at the Strikezone lanes. Alex bowled games of 213, 207, and 202 on the way to a 622 series. Tiana Ackerman tossed a 183 game and Natalie Schibrowsky rolled a 172. Losing 7 to 2 to their Silverado Opponents the Cougar Men were led by Brandon Dauphinais's 679 series. Jordan Katz rolled a high game of 266 while Anthony King had a 214. Zac Hochman stroked a 248.
01/29/09 Thursday Morning Announcements The Cougar Women Bowlers defeated SECTA 9 to 0 yesterday at the Wildfire Lanes. Alex Katz led the Cougars by shooting a 200 game and was aided in the victory by Jessica Zack who bowled a 186. The Cougar Men won by the identical score when all four Cougar Bowlers averaged over 200 per game. The Men were led by Jordan Katz who knocked down a 671 series followed by Anthony King with a 656 score.
